NV Lovely rosé sparkling from Gamay and Grolleau. Not easy at all, this has nothing to do with middle of the road sparkling. Festive strawberry. It is bone dry and very suitable for gastronomic pairings. I drank it with smoked salmon, celery with creamcheese and salami fuet as appetizers. — 3 days ago
