eye: persistent but not aggressive bubbles, relatively gold in hue, transparent
nose: enticing aroma of pear compote sweetened with honey and very lightly accented with vanilla and citrus
palate: nectarines in cream, very fine bubbles, balancing acidity, no tartness, simple syrup w/ honey and slight mineral accents on the finish — 2 years ago

Very tart. Needs some time. Good material. — 7 months ago
This white wine is five years old now and is showing some wonderful signs of its age. The fruitiness of its youth is becoming more complex and savory. Aromas of wet sidewalk, citrus and salinity come forward on the nose, while the palate is driven by minerals and earth. Muscadet wines are universally thought to be good pairings with oysters, shellfish or any sort of seafood, and this is certainly no exception. — 2 years ago

Great concentration, depth and freshness. Aged in concrete. Approachable now but will age. — 6 days ago
