Tropical vanilla scented bites sitting on a three tier tower waiting silently for thumbs and fingers.

Can't choose between lemon zested parfait, sugar frosted dried pineapple gels, passion fruit tart, and apricot brûlée.

Have had other wines from this same house but tried this one yesterday on a mountain top in NH. Went perfectly in the frantic cliff setting. We’ll balanced quartz and granite with apples and a whiff of almonds and honey. Has good tension. — 3 years ago
