Not typically a huge fan of the sweeter stuff, normally a brut drinker, but this is good when paired with salty desserts. Pale yellow, with some floral aromatics dancing out. Great bubbles. This is a delightful and classic champagne. It has a lot of the yeasty character to complement it’s fruit and a lovely, fine mousse. But personally, what always moves me about this wine is remembering that it was the one my late brother always used to drink with his partner.
