Barrel (Used) aged Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc white blend. Light silver/yellow color with green highlights. Aromas of orchard fruit, white flowers, citrus and a hint of vanilla. Flavors of white peach, gooseberries, lemon/lime, green apple and pineapple fruit with hints of mint and spices. Touch of minerals on the long and crisp finish. Electric acidity and 13% ABV. Slightly creamy texture and a bit of heft from the neutral oak aging. Bold and complex. — a month ago
Medium golden color. Very expressive aromas of rose petals, honeysuckle, melon, orchids and Asian spices. Flavors of apricot, peaches, tropical fruit, honey and ginger. Nice touches of mandarin orange and minerals on the long and elegant finish. Pleasant viscous/oily texture. Subtle acidity but still very well balanced. So complex, concentrated and bold but also very harmonious. — 6 months ago
Drank this a few weeks ago over a couple of nights and it was delicious. No detailed notes, but I would happily drink it again. — a month ago

Very interesting aged Gamay. My brother Dan says it’s very Pinot-like. I can see that. Love the depth of flavor allied with a light, crisp, floaty frame. — 16 hours ago
