Light-brewed tea, mushroom, fresh rosemary, dark plum and cherry, ripe strawberry on the nose. Subtle notes of white tea, rosemary, strawberry, ripe red cherry, baked button mushrooms on the palate. Light golden color. Aromas of green apple, white flowers, citrus and a slight hint of freshly cut grass and leafy herbs. Flavors of lemon, grapefruit, green melon and chalky minerality.
