Dom Vincent

Dom Pérignon

Brut Champagne Blend 2008

2008: a very bright young feeling champagne at 17yrs of age. A resolute acidity carries the brioche and white fruits along! I am unapologetic about my fervor for Dom. — 10 days ago

Dom Ruinart Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne 2006

Gorgeous wine. Requests for a second pour from our guests kinda say it all.

Was so good that 4 of us crushed two bottles plus the 2 reds!!!

Beautiful crystalline fruit. Light and precise with lemon and steeliness with zesty acidity. Gorgeous. So light and complex and fresh and long. — a month ago

Les Clos Chablis Grand Cru Chardonnay 2010

When I taste a wine like this my first reaction is why am I not drinking more Chablis. Opened and the race was on. The quintessential grand cru Chablis. Never stopped putting on weight and complexity . Plenty of life ahead — 16 days ago

Les Vieilles Vignes Chassagne-Montrachet Chardonnay 2022

2022 vintage. Not quite as integrated as the same vintage Meursault VV offering. This has more overt focus on citrus fruit currently. Feel like this wine just needs 6 months to tie up some loose ends and then it'll be a no-brainer. That citrus fruit will still feature, just not as prominently. 05.23.25. — a month ago

Granit 30 Cornas Syrah 2021

Somm David T
9.1

Easy to drink on pop & pour for such a young Syrah.

Reminded me a bit of the Domaine Rostaing’s I’ve enjoyed. Ripe black cherry, crème de cassis, violets, lavender, pepper, stem inclusion, notes of roasted chestnuts, grilled meats, iron pan, spices, dark flowers, nice acidity with good balance and elegant finish.
