Perfect summer rosé. Notes of honey. — 18 days ago
Crisp Languedoc white (Picpoul) with citrus notes, served with halibut at Bandaloop restaurant in Arundel , ME — a month ago
A whiff of high quality Syrah which goes without saying. More savoury than fruit driven and at 8 years, leathery. A trace of oak. Not near as fruity as high quality Australian Shiraz. Cornas - Earlier maturing than Hermitage on the opposite bank and to the north. — 2 months ago
Loved the strawberry scent but not a sweet wine. Can taste the smoothness of the Syrah grapes — 19 days ago
The 2023 Rosé Sabine is ripe, vibrant and structured. Spiced red fruit and almonds rush across the palate, supported by energetic acidity and a bit of grip that pleasantly tugs at the cheeks. This is a fine example of classically styled Provençal Rosé. (Billy Norris, Vinous, May 2024)

Medium deep lemon yellow , touch of gold . Quite ripe citrus fruits , orange rind , peach , ripe rear, , honey . On the palate quite rich and round with a judicious amount of residual sugar , just balanced acidity and with the citrus , honied orange rind , peach notes from nose. Slightly heavy alcohol , quite intense with ok honied length . Misses a little freshness perhaps but should age quite well , possibly more interesting and less one dimensional in a few years . Drinkable now but will last well a further 10 years . — 3 days ago
