Another stunning Carema from this standout estate. Nose is mesmerizing. Stunning florals with loads of pink and red roses. Some tar, earth and spice but so ephemeral and elegant. Palate is rich, ripe and substantial With gorgeous dark cherry fruit and ripe, velvety tannins. Fresh and juicy with insane finesse. Long finish and much more to say as it airs. Wow the nose on day 2 is insane. Deep deep licorice. Musk and spice. Palate is juicy, structured and comes across as very dry but not out of balance. This is like old school Bordeaux structure. Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of a few hours. The 2019 pours a very pretty garnet color with a transparent core; medium+ viscosity with no staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of raspberries, cranberries, pomegranate, rose pastilles, alpine herbs, cedar chest, and crushed rock. On the palate, the wine is bone dry with medium+ tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose thought the palate seems to be a little more reserved. The finish is medium. This is an authentic and elegant expression of Carema; a place already known for elegance. Drink now through 2034. Thanks to @Lyle Fass for the assist! — 2 years ago

라이트한 노란빛깔에 풋사과의 연한 녹색이 섞여있는 듯한 프란치오르코르타. 신기하게도 NV가 아닌 2012년 빈티지. 샴페인보다는 굵은 선을 가진 기포는 힘차게 터지고 약간은 강할수 있는 산미가 먼저 입을 강타한다. 색깔처럼 애플의 톤이 맛에서도 느껴지고 시트러스 향과 맛도 조화롭다. 약간은 마초같은 느낌의 스파클링이지만 그럼에도 신나게 축하해주고픈 마음을 전할 수 있을것 같은 와인이다. 백화점 기준 6.9만의 가격이 약간은 아쉽지만, 축하할 일이 있을때 이정도는 기분좋게 쓸 수 있지 않은가! — 7 years ago
