Viognier really pops in this lovely blend, the Shiraz is really lovely, blue fruits and some black fruits as well, great acid, medium-long finish, really excellent Aussie Shiraz!! — a year ago

Clay Station Vineyard Borden Ranch Verdejo 2019

Oily coating mouthfeel gives you just a touch of decadence before the mineral and acid cleans and refreshes your pallet. Ripe yellow Mellon, pineapple guava and a hint of lime and sweet grass. Stunning wine. — 4 years ago

I’m going to have to pick some of this up! Haven’t had their wines in ages.

Joshua Cooper

Doug's Vineyard-Romsey Pinot Noir 2022

Sunday lunch with the annual boys trip away for the Rugby where the Wallabies had a win over Wales last weekend. Lunch at top notch Sydney restaurant Icebergs at Bondi Beach. I picked this one from the extensive Wine List from young gun Joshua Cooper who has some famous neighbours in the Macedon Ranges like Bindi and Curly Flat. This was more full bodied than I was expecting but got the thumbs up from all the Rugby fans who ordered a 2nd bottle. A generous Pinot showing ripe red fruits and plenty of whole bunch character. — 7 months ago
