Lovely chianti. Drinking well. — a month ago
Vietti's 2021 Timorasso is gorgeous. The first vintages here were decidedly rustic, but the 2021 shows an added level of textural finesse that is especially apparent in its contours. Hints of lemon peel, white flowers, mint and chamomile all grace this layered, super expressive white. The 2021 was fermented mostly in ceramic and steel, with just one lot done in wood. I have never been the biggest fan of the Vietti Timorasso, but the 2021 might make me change my mind. It's a gorgeous wine in every way. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, January 2024)

This wine is super light but still flavorful and pairs well with food but also so good on its own. It’s so good, it’s hard not to chug it when you crack a bottle on a warm sunny day. — 25 days ago

Pale pale lemon yellow color with aromas of stone and tropical fruits and floral notes, fermented in stainless. On the palate flavors of apple, peach and lemon citrus with floral notes and lively acidity. Smooth finish ending with fruit and chalky mineral notes. — 2 months ago
Three glasses that are a humble reminder that the drinker plays a role. Glass 1 is heavily aerated and I had a bite of spinach 2-3 bites ago, shows thin, harsh tannins and is borderline undrinkable. Glass 2 is not aerated, shows toasty wood, dark fruit, cassis, like a modern super-campanian well made but without too much tipicity. Glass 3 finally reveals some Aglianico character: muscular, herbal, earthy with the slightest touch of barnyard brett and a mint-tarragon finish signaling ripe pyrozines. Tannins are slightly more approachable now, best of the three. Short-lived bottle and still not a fan of the cab elements, but undeniably well made — 4 months ago

Gold hue. Aromas and flavors of apple, apricot, bell pepper, lemon, and petrol, with a hint of grass and creamy notes. Medium body with medium-plus acidity. Silky and rounded mouthfeel. Complex bouquet. Elegant and balanced, with a lasting finish. — 6 days ago
