Wow on day 2 after day 1 was via Coravin this is even better!

Much better this time around for me. More integrated and maybe the last bottle was slightly flawed. No signs of the funky notes the last bottle had.

Pure and classic sour cherry, leather, dried floral, and savory spice Sangiovese. Elegant on the palate, medium bodied with med+ flavors and persistence on the finish. — 16 days ago

Chiara Boschis is the white wizard of modern Barolo. At six years this is tasting amazing, takes about 90 mins to fully flourish but once its there, the wine displays beautiful structure, fine grain tannins, vivid acidity, and a balanced play between perfectly ripe fruit and earthy undertones. My chef friend was kind enough to gift me some fresh black truffle from Piedmont. Can’t begin to explain the harmony in the pairing. Cheers. — 19 days ago

Pours a copper-gold color that will immediately make you wonder if this has been oxidized, but apparently that's the style. Like their reds, they seem to turn everything up to 11 in Montefalco.

After decanting in the glass, aromas of toffee, white flowers, almonds, bitter oranges, and minerals. Very funky and interesting, but not something I'd hand innocent wine drinkers. — 3 months ago

エミリアのサンジョベーゼ。プレダッピオのサンジョベーゼといえばノエリアリッチ（パンドルファ）、ノットゥルノくらいしか飲んだことがないので、エリアの個性とかは分からないが…
キャンティクラシコのようなカリカリした感じはなく、優しい口当たりで上品な甘さ。
カシス、カカオ、ハーブ、乳酸。
ぶりの刺身、牡蠣は醤油をつけたらマッチした。
グラスはどちらでもだけど、ボルドーが上品な甘さが味わえて良かったかな。
