Cristal Brut Champagne Chardonnay Pinot Noir Blend 2015

Great bottle, a bit on the oxidative side but very complex and long, we liked it a great deal. — 8 days ago

First time trying the 2015 vintage and loved it! Powerful Champagne thats good on its own but will hold up excellently with food. One of my favourite Champagne houses that offers amazing QPR — a month ago

Cuvée Louis Salmon Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne 2008

The 2008 BdBs are just great. Crisp, they let the Chardonnay shine and they have depth. What a great Champagne — 3 months ago

Roederer Estate

Brut Anderson Valley Sparkling Pinot Noir - Chardonnay Blend

Nice holiday bubbly!! Founded in 1982, Roederer Estate adds oak-aged reserve wines to all their blends to create complex, dry and harmonious sparkling wines. First Brut California sparkling produced by Champagne Louis Roederer. Pale lemon straw, nice mousse and bubbles for this 60% Chardonnay & 40% Pinot Noir blend. Flavors of crisp Apples with creamy mineral tones, nice balance with acidity. Long finish ending with oak, lemon and nutty characteristics. Consistent. Very nice! — 20 days ago

Cristal Brut Rosé Champagne Blend 2013

#AgedWineTuesday

Very light salmon in color.

Medium bodied with medium plus acidity. Crisp and refreshing.

Very dry on the palate with nice complexity.

Showing raspberries, limes, citrus, green apples, yeast, brioche, spices and minerals.

Still very young and needs 10 years in the bottle to mature properly. Would be nice to revisit it in 5 years.

Will continue to age nicely in the next 25 years.

A blend of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay.

12% alcohol by volume.

91 points.

$800.

Pommery

Louis Pommery Brut Methode Champenoise

Sonoma Valley Sparkling project of this exceptional Champagne House. 96% Chardonnay and 4% Pinot Noir. Bright golden color. Aromas and flavors of ripe apples, apricots, pears, white flowers, marzipan, lemon zest and a nice hint of pastry dough. Quite fruit forward with a very soft texture. A fine and consistent bead of bubbles. Quite the crowd pleaser. Outstanding value for this quality. — 22 days ago
