Very nice. Sweet on the nose. Fruits. Creamy mouth feel. Long finish. — 14 days ago
A perfectly decent classic Chablis. Green apples & melon, limestone austerity & salinity.
Starts off quite round, with ripe fruit on the forefront. But the acidity & mineral backbone quickly take over giving this delicious mineral & saline linear purity.
Juicy, savoury, fresh. Perfect with grilled mackerel! — 22 days ago
Aromas of black currant, crushed stone and baking spices. Highly concentrated black/blue fruit flavors with a touch of tar, vanilla and tobacco. Medium plus body and gripping tannins. Nice balance. Still tastes young and fresh. This one can age for quite a while. — 21 days ago
First Billaud for me. Amazing. Had with a Dauvissat Les Clos same vintage. Both were spectacular. — a month ago
Rich and citrus fruity and acidic. Good stimulation to deep mouth and throat area to make me appetite. Well balanced. 2018 @1150, Kping -, 220517-220527 — a month ago

That's a different German trocken riesling but I like the style. There is chalk on the nose along with lemon an pineapple touches. Blind this could have sent me clearly somewhere else as this chalkyness I usually associate with chablis or some sancerre terroirs. The palate is crisp and clean, there is a great acid backbone, some pineapple and lemon notes and the mouthfeel is soft and almost chalky/creamy. The finish is long and fresh and salivating with all the previous elements coming together in a great, vivid feast. Love it! — 13 days ago
