Absolutely gorgeous. — 7 months ago
2015 vintage. Kosher version. Owned by Belgian Maurice Velghe. 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot and the rest Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Slightly rustic but well-done with Saint-Estèphe typicity. — 4 years ago
Yet another exemplary wine from this co-op. Bloody and irony on the nose, some nice fruit underneath the primal elements. Very linear on the palate, medium body but great intensity of savory flavors. So soft and enveloping but without excess weight. Very nice acids. — 6 months ago

Needed 1 hour last night then it got reductive. But today oh man! Nose is glorious red fruits, granite, herbs and flowers. Clay, iron ore. Some blackberry as well. palate is raw and feral with blood, guts and meat. Concentrated and linear. Unreal texture and finish but needs a decade. — 6 months ago

Delicious, bright, great depth of flavor. Tasted beautifully with a loaded hummus (fresh cucumbers, peppers, olive oil) and heavier cheese and fatty meats. — a day ago
