- 38% Viognier 32% Grenache Blanc 22% Marsanne 8% Roussanne. Nose has wet hay, marzipan, fresh and fermented pear, wet limestone. Fairly intense but lovely and balanced in the mouth. A bit of unripe pear fruit, grapefruit zest, loads of stony minerality taking over as the finish progresses, with a nice bitter prickle at the end. Very nice acids. I like this a lot. — 10 days ago

Medium bodied with medium plus acidity. Crisp and refreshing.

Dry on the palate with grapefruits, limes, green apples, white pepper, herbs and light earth.

Tangy finish with limes and lemons.

This is a nice Sauvignon Blanc from Côtes de Gascogne in the Loire. Nicely balanced with nice acidity, and feels very New World in style.

Easy drinking and good by itself or with food. Showing mild complexity.

Paired nicely with a nice pool day.
