Nice and dry. Used a small amount in making some risotto and then of course paired nicely with it. Not a “must have” but happy with the purchase of this 1/2 bottle.

A nice, easy rosé all day kind of sipper - soft on the nose and palette with a gentle citrus note that plays in the background. Easy entry, soft finish - a good preamble aperitif kind of glass!
