Summery feeling Blanquette built on 90% Mauzac, 10% Chenin Blanc from 25 year old vines in Calce (Roussillon). There isnt an enormous amount of depth here, but the flavors are excellent. Honeycrisp apples, honeysuckle, freshly mown grass. Simultaneously dry and creamy. — a year ago
