Sparkling red from the rare Pineau d'Aunis grape variety.
Cherry yoghurt, cinnamon, hint of Brett, black pepper.
Light tannins, touch of RS, plum and cassis and chocolate palate.
Plum skin aftertaste.
Day 2: almost unchanged on the nose, yoghurt has gone.
Palate feels slightly less tannins and bit sweeter. Almost sec in sparkling terms.
