Color - crimson red. Full bodied, ripe black berry with fine grained tannins. Paired with Picanha, Fraldinha Pork Chop and Ribeye Steak! At Fogo De Chao in Philly. — a month ago
Well made wine, too hot for my preference — 2 months ago
This had lots of rich dark berry fruit with notes of graphite, sweet, savory spice, cedar, leather & tobacco — 17 days ago
Love the Counoise element and this is definitely a lighter bodied wine relative to the Saxum range. Packing some heat and definitely needs time to come together - hopefully time will help. Hold (at least 3-5) — a month ago
Blend of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot, 3% Petite Verdot, 1% Syrah, 1% Malbec & 2% Cabernet Franc, aged for 17 months in 48% new French oak, deep Ruby with aromas of dark berry fruits, oak and sweet spice. On the palate flavors of blackberry, cherry and currants with tobacco and herb spice. Fine smooth tannins, approachable, long finish ending with fruit, oak, spice and herb mineral character. Nice! — 7 days ago
A behemoth of a wine, super concentrated, pretty oaky, stewed fruits. Took a long time to open up. — 2 months ago
