Nice flowery and fruity nose. I think I will keep my other bottles a few more years to see if and how it can develop further.
The acidity is at a nice very old balsamic level. — 4 months ago
Blend of 50% Sangiovese, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot, deep Ruby red with fresh red berry aromas and some herb spice. On the palate flavors of black cherry, plum, cacao and licorice. Fine tannins, medium+ finish, good balance with acidity, ending with tobacco and oak on the finish. — 9 months ago
Gorgeous peach and fresh roses on the nose. Very light on the palate and on mouth feel, but with nice acid and notes of unripe peach, plum, and cherry. I’ll wait 11 minutes more to see if anything changes. — 3 years ago
Deep ruby color, leaning toward garnet.
Aromas of dark fruit, herbs.
Dry. Flavors of black fruit, chalk, peppercorn, lavender, smoke, dried herbs, licorice,. Rich, chewy tannins. Tasty, but will improve by waiting another 5 to 10 years (and more!).

Nicely aromatic & quite ethereal with ripe dark damson plum boosted by aniseed and fleur d’oranger. Some tart cherry, too. Sweet yet savoury with a mineral, dusty core underneath. Enticing.
Medium bodied on the palate, with firm, dusty, fine tannins, framing a nice core of dark cherry and bright super fresh acidity. A hint of wet earth, a hint of baking spice towards the finish.
This is drinking beautifully right now and hinting at something more complex than just a usual sip. All the elements come together, not seamlessly but with really interesting edges. .
A truly lovely & delicious wine. — 9 months ago
This wine pours up in a medium-dark ruby color, with some rosy lavender hints around the rim. The nose hit me as almost unpleasantly funky. And I like funk. There is an extremely earthy quality to the smell, almost burying the dark fruit. The mouthfeel is a bit thin, and the palate shows flavors of plum, black currant and blackberry. Notes of cola become more noticeable on the finish, putting me in mind of a Pinot Noir. It is a clean, fresh sip, with no oak to get in the way. The tannins are tame, so pairing with chicken is probably a better idea than beef. — 4 months ago
For a cheap Pinot Grigio this was very good. Goes down very easily, yet pretty acidic. Nose is citrus fruit, tending more towards lime. Taste is grapefruit with tropical. Medium-pale colored. — a year ago

Too much nature for me. I think this can improve with more bottle age but today not my cup of tea — 22 days ago
