Medium ruby in color; violets, blackberries, and bellpepper on the nose; medium plus acidity; high tannins; tastes like plums, berries, tabacco, and ash with a long finish. — 18 days ago
Cherry aroma with spicy notes, medium color and body, light acidity and tannins, paired well with a meaty Moussaka. — 2 months ago

Rich black cherry aromas, juicy on the palate with soft acidity and soft tannins, a round and pleasing feel that's super drinkable. I take back my comment about not really liking any Italian wine!! — 2 months ago

Definitely needed to let this wine breathe. First sips were shockingly acidic but it really smoothed out after an hour. Nose is very earthy, it smells like a garden with raspberry, mint, and maybe a skunk that sprayed in the distance. Very dry, nicely balanced. Leather and blackberry predominate. Went well with pasta and meatballs of course. Would love to have again. — 13 days ago
