Really an excellent Barolo. From a warmer year, but most of the fruit is from Verduno which is on the lighter / perfumed side. Traditional production. Good example of a nebbiolo I’d suggest for a burgundy lover who hadn’t had nebbiolo. Excellent balance, deep dark fruit, precise finish, tannins are certainly there but come together nicely.

Classic character of roses, violets and notes of tar and tobacco. Made to drink now as the maceration time is shorter at 15 days. This a gorgeous and well- made Barolo with fruit from 4 vineyards. 2015 vintage on Dec 20, 2019
