This was a beautiful bottle with all the elements in harmony. The company might of added to the enjoyment a bit — 9 days ago
Interesting this can be up to 96% Chardonnay. They trade Chardonnay fruit for Pinot to make this. Franck Bonville only grows Chardonnay. 5 grams dosage.
It has excellent mousse and racy acidity. Better depth than the two previous cuvées.
Strawberries, cherries, very light black raspberries, touch of orange citrus, pink grapefruit, their is a tanginess here, nice soft chalkiness & volcanics, saline, sea fossils, white spice, yeast, baguette crust, cheesecake, pink flowers/roses, excellent acidity, nicely balanced with good tension and a nicely polished finish that last a minute.
This is the youngest in the mix and most of the base wine is from 2021…a year filled with weather issues from start to finish. Don’t think you’ll see many producers make a vintage cuvée.

Blanc de Blancs, 100% Chardonnay from vineyards in the premier cru village of Vertus, in the Côte des Blancs (40% of wines from the estate’s reserve). Low dosage. Notes of vanilla and yeast. Mostly green apple on the palate. Dry, great chalky texture, somewhat reminiscent of Jura white — 3 months ago
