Last had this 1.5 years ago and enjoying it even more now. A wine to drink if you have forgotten why dry Riesling can be so wonderful. So pure and crystalline with great mouthfeel and a nice long full finish. — a month ago
Lemon. Mineral nose.lemon flower. A hint of elegant smoke.
Palate sweet lemons. Mineral. Wow. Fantastic. Delicious. Integrated lemon minerals. Elegant Lemony richness.
Long delicious finish.
This is quite good. Surprisingly so given the price.
Hard to rate this. Is this a premier cru or the best Chablis village ever? Density is good but not amazing. Ah screw it. It’s premier cru. I’m overthinking this. — 3 months ago
Stunning nose. Floral. Lilacs? Peonies? Passion fruit? So much complexity and wow minerality. Big time herbals. So genius. Wild mint. Thyme. Rosemary. No parsley. Insane palate. Deep with jagged minerality and such cut and grip. Long and mineral with crazy cut and purity. Stunning. So so deep. This is as good as it gets. The complexity is outrageous. — a year ago
