Wow. What a wonderful wine. Nose is wild mint, herbal. sage, thyme and so many other things. Just stunning. So complex, so complete and concentrated. Sappy and pure. Fresh and invigorating. Long, minty and herbal. Superb structure. So long. Epic length. The vividness of the herbals on the finish is insane. @Delectable Wine this is the Schuerebe and is in the system but it’s not showing up for some reason.
