Ruby with elegant red fruit aromas and gentle floral spice, aged for 11 months in 37% new, 42% 1-year French oak. On the palate flavors of black cherry and strawberry with notes of herbs, vanilla, licorice with wet stone notes. Soft full tannins on a long finish ending with fruit, vanilla and earthy mineral notes. Very Nice! — 4 months ago
Vintage 2020 | First day of spring. Intanticide perhaps, but jolly good now. Palle yellow. Smell with pear and Guadeloupe melon. Schist. Powerfull balanced taste with high bitters and blood orange zeste. Lovely wine, says the wife. Happy wife, happy life! Paired with chicocery with ham and vacherin mont d’or cheese from the oven and topped with spring onion and truffle. Find it and put some bottles in your cellar. — 7 months ago
Sour cherry; woodsy; spice mix of cloves and cinnamon. Well integrated and restrained. This is great stuff and a great value at the price. — 9 months ago
Named after Colene’s great granddaughter, medium Ruby color with aromas of berry fruit and nutty spice aromas. On the palate flavors of ripe strawberry and cherry fruit with tea and licorice notes, lively acidity with herb spices. Long finish, fine tannins, ending with mineral tones. Nice, small production. — 6 months ago
