Hell yea.
About an hour after opening - my astounded thought to myself: this must be the platonic ideal of ‘razor sharp precision’. Just an astounding, and absolutely delicious wine. — a month ago
Ok. Fruity and dark fruit. Definitely better with time in the bottle and good for the price but better options are out there. — 2 months ago
Schlank, gut integrierte Säure, elegant, dezente Frucht, leicht schmirgelige Textur, würziger Abgang. — 4 days ago
Matches, crushed stones, pear, white peach, oyster shell, whit pepper, hint of cinnamon yoghurt. Beautiful wine as usual. — 18 days ago
Even more giving than the last time I had 17 nearly one year ago, it’s rocking right off the bat tonight showing tremendous power and intensity in its layers of clean orchard fruit, crushed oyster shells, savory algae and citrus blossoms. It’s so concentrated, detailed and laser focused and it continued to evolve texturally, gaining so much weight and expanding on the palate before a finish that just keeps going. Simply electric, and one of the absolute greats of the vintage. — a month ago
Love this Petit !! 2011 vintage…, drank on 12/23. Very well balanced.. glad I opened it.. not much more time left on the bottle — 2 days ago
Very much on the dark, earthy, minerally side. So dark and full of smoky ember crushed stone that I’d almost be tempted to place it half-way around the world in Walla Walla. Palate is rich and dark, a highlights more savory minerally notes than fruit. Distinctive and good but not a typical fruity Crozes. — 24 days ago

2002 vintage. Decanted and tasted throughout the course of 3 hours. A trace of sediment. Still fairly dark on the color. Good fill, good cork. Light-medium body. Nose had an aggressive orange zest/dried orange peel mixed with cinnamon and cherry nose for two hours that infiltrated the flavor profile. Eventually, a bit of cranberry and raspberry emerged as the prominent movers and shakers. Initially thought the wine to be a 9.0 but prettied up to a 9.1. Could just be "in transition" or not a top-notch bottle. Seemed to be potentially holding something back and got the feeling another bottle might show a little better. 12.9.23. — 2 days ago
