Fresh nose with green notes of apple, greengage, lime, slate and chalk. Young still but lovely balance. A whiff of the ocean about this.

More intense reduction than Piuze. Took about an hour to open. Just feels like it has a little more in every category than the Piuze. Just a touch. More mineral and saline. Less overt fruit. But gorgeous potential!
