73% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc, 2% Malbec. Cranberry aroma with hints of pipe tobacco. First impression is cranberry juice follow by a floral vanilla retronasal sensation. The body is both powdery and tannic so it reminds me of a dark chocolate powder. Slow long legs give it a balanced heat on the finish. Was a great wine for a thanksgiving dinner. — a year ago
Perfume nose with some blackberry hints. Sticky mouthfeel with a vanilla flavor, long legs with a good amount of heat on the finish. Mouthfeel turns velvety at the end of the pallet with a raspberry compote note. — a year ago
Pretty dark purple in color. Aroma has a big caramel impression with some dried fruits layered in - think date. Body is heavy syrup like that finishes velvety. Great balance between a tart acidity and medium sweetness. Age has been very kind to this bottle. — 7 months ago
Not a normal Pinot, but not in a bad way at all. The aroma has got a lot of darker impressions like black currant and black licorice. There’s even a hint of earthiness in there. Initially the body jumps out as it’s pretty thick and sticky. The black currant comes through in the taste. Aftertaste is delightful, it’s makes me think of a juicy plum where than tannin bitterness melds into the high alcohol heat. Enjoying this one after dinner on a pleasantly chilly night and it fits the mood. — a year ago

Glad to try this experimental bottle on Xmas Eve. Aroma makes me think of brown butter with tingle of fresh mint. Big impression of mandarin orange upfront followed by a tartness that plays onto the side of the tongue. The finish has a saline and mineral quality that pleasantly juxtaposes the flavor profile. — a year ago
Unripe strawberry and mint like aroma. Juicy mouthfeel upfront that slowly transitions into a tartness. Flavors start at a tart blueberry and morph into a sweet banana. I like how the mouthfeel and flavors juxtapose between what you’d expect as impressions from each other. Couldn’t think of a better sparkling for brunch. Lovely wine, one of my favorites. — a year ago
White pepper on the nose. Meyer lemon upfront maybe some honeydew? Kind of one note. — a year ago

Peppermint and Asian pear aroma. Candied orange is my first immediate impression followed by the rollercoaster of a mouthfeel - tingling to juicy sour to tartness. Mid palate showcases that delicate Asian pear note with some kefir lime action going on. I get a lingering starfruit impression on the finish. Delightful sparkling that is delicate while still boasting big flavors and acidity. — 7 months ago
