Slate and nectarine on the nose. Lemon and lime upfront followed quickly by that mineral type note. Mid palate has a nice candied ginger impression. Finishes long with a grapefruit oil note, drying on the tongue. — 5 months ago
Huge cherry notes on the nose. Lots of heat upfront and on the tail. Syrupy body with vanilla on the mid palate. — 3 months ago
Molasses and rhubarb on the nose. Lots of acidity upfront with a tart pomegranate flavor. Lots of heat on the finish. — 5 months ago
Blackberry on the nose. More light bodied and citrus then the 2012. Plum on the mid palate. Heat comes on the very far tail end. — 3 months ago
Slate and black currant on the nose with floral hints. Super soft, velvety body that rolls across the palate. Delicate mineral notes upfront. There’s so much heat on the finish but it’s very pleasant. There’s a tannic and tingly quality from the spice on the tongue but the warming quality extends down to the chest. — 5 months ago
