I just had a glass and honestly this is what you want Chardonnay to taste like. Honestly. Amazing. Citrus, almond. Fresh. I’m here for it — 6 months ago

On first tasting this wine it was noticeably saline and mineral/gravel on the palate. Also notes of citrus and white stone fruits. Oak influence is subdued - matured in 350 litre oak barrels. Overall a great balance between austerity and opulence. Points off for a ridiculously heavy bottle. — 6 months ago
Tightly reductive, floral and coy citrus, palate feels a bit empty, linear acid driven finish — 8 months ago

Grapefruit and plenty of mineral on both nose and palate. Some austerity as you often get with Saint Aubin. As Jasper Morris MW describes the terroir - “A steep south west facing vineyard overlooking the hamlet of Gamay. It offers attractive wines but not in the First Division of St-Aubin.” The following night notes of mandarin on the palate with the ever present mineral. — 4 months ago
Atherton Wine Imports 2026 tasting at République, Los Angeles. 2023 vintage. Light-medium body. More acidity than fruit right now (not exactly news) but not as out of balance as you might suspect. Nice pedigree and effort but will be better in 3-4 years and tastes like you could extend that invite to a full decade should you so choose. 3.18.26. — 6 months ago

Good minerality - wet stone, like many PYCM wines particularly from Saint Aubin, yellow fruits and citrus. 60 year old vines. Warmer site than Champlots. Looking at previous Delectable Notes for 2017 and 2015 for this Cuvée, the tasting notes are similar. — 12 days ago
