Les Meurgers des Dents de Chiens Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Chardonnay

Fantastic.

Very crisp and focussed in the nose. Sharp edges with minerality some lime and sulfur. Not the broadest in the mid palate but very defined.

Typical PYC. Reductive, complex nose with Flint red apples, almost ‘fresh’ tropical fruits, vanilla, very elegant and long aftertaste.

Beginning unfurl it’s stony fragrance with notes of white flower and stone fruits emerging. Always great acidity/balance. Really nice weight and texture coming on.

Amazing stuff. Got me laid back on my chair thinking about the universe 😁.

This is great stuff.vivd and punchy with green apple and loads of zip at the front. Loads of minerality and steely, spritzy acidity. Good length. This is full of life and vigor
