This family owned domaine is located near the village of Gassin that is considers as one the most beautiful villages in France. The grape are hand harvested and the final steps of vinification are done by Maîtres Vigneron de Saint Tropez.
A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Rolle and Cinsault, with a beautiful rose gold color, a tempting fresh nose that blends spring flowers, strawberry, cassis a touch of hibiscus and red berries, the body is medium with pleasant acidity and a fresh fruity finish.
A lovely well made rose to celebrate the spring and upcoming summer.

2003 - 18 years old, it's old enough to legally drink itself, and vote in most of the world!! Still youthful with incredible notes of 🍒 cassis & red fruit, ripe blackberry, complemented by a hint of oaky undergrowth, great acidity, solid mouth feel and balance! Huddled close to usually expensive Pomerol and St Emilion, lies the Bordeaux appellation of Canon Fronsac. Unfiltered, peach color. Petrol, leather, peat on the nose which reminds me of the port wine caves in Portugal. Complex taste overall with a round mouth feel and a long finish. This oxidized style of wine is well balanced by a bright acidity and slight tartness but does allude to the vin jaune style of the Jurassic region. Very beautiful skin contact Pinot noir. Vinifié en cuves de béton, ce vin fait chanter le terroir ligérien. C’est bon, franc et gourmand. Le vigneron conseille de l’accompagner d’une souris d’agneau aux lentilles et poivrons confits ou d’une tartine de jambon cru à la moutarde de moût de raisin ou encore d’un plateau de fromages.
