GREAT pino noir, balanced sweet and dry, good by itself or with food — a year ago
Amazing, vibrant, perfectly tart dusty raspberry and crushed cranberry splashed over granite chunks and crunchy autumn leaves. Had with braised short ribs and fig chocolate for desert. Top 3 wines of the year for me, paired with a glorious autumn day. — a year ago
Honey floral. Interesting. Has good salinity and bright. Dry. . Need to buy. — 2 months ago

LoireTasting #1 - chenin serie
Typically the lively and charming Chenin that we like to taste in the Loire: White fruits, pear, green apple, rifle stone, smoked. Dry and tonic. Final on the rather long acidity. Purity of wines with little interventionist. Nice precision. Ideal companion of goat cheeses from the region, among others..
— 9 months ago

Drinking great. Only 3 bottles left wish I had more — 5 months ago
Almost opaque, jewel ruby color. Mulling spice, candied violet, fresh currant nose. Light and floral. Cassis, fresh pork sausage, star anise, blueberry mojito notes. Jurançon grape (relatively rare southwest grape). Ate with a lovely steak from Butcher in New Orleans. — 9 months ago
Tom Casagrande
This is a blend of Niellucciu 80% – Grenache 15% – Syrah 5%. Nose has a lot going on. Licorice, dark berries, tree bark, cracked rocks. Almost Bandol-like. Rustic, tannic feel in the mouth, but not so much as to detract. Dark fruit and dark stoney flavors. Very clingy. Very good.
UPDATE: As this gains air, the tannins are receding and richer fruit is showing through. — a month ago
