Light flintiness and salinity on the nose.
Palate shows just-ripe exotic fruit, melon, flint, and dried crushed herbs. Decidedly dry, balanced, and delicious. — 3 days ago
My first stout. Interesting. Hints of hot chocolate. — 11 days ago
Brought by a friend. PnP. Nice light straw color. Enticing nose. Notes of lemon, pineapple, gravel stone, some green apple and some dry dusty earth. Nicely balanced in the mouth, the high alcohol is not as apparent as I expected. Should age well with its impressive acidity. Pretty damn good CA Chardonnay. — a month ago
Picked these up from Vena’s Fizzhouse in Portland, Maine. It was one of the ingredients in a cocktail I got called the Lumber Sexual.
I fell in love and had to get the bitters to try and recreate it at home.
Perfectly herbaceous and harmonious with a flowery, naturally sweet quality. Resinous. Love it with just club soda and a whiskey rock as pictured. — 18 days ago
What an excellent wine at a great price point. Big citrus and melon on the front with nice acid, and a finish on the back of the palate reminiscent of orange pekoe. Just enough sweetness to pair nicely with spicy food. — a month ago
