1.5 hour decant (little fine/cloudy sediment). A thrilling inky dark ruby red color. On the nose: red cherry, eucalyptus, plum, floral, dried herbs, sandalwood. Taste: smooth, juicy medium plus body wine with dark raspberry, bitter chocolate, cinnamon, black licorice, crushed rocks, and a long pepper minerally dry finish....YUM! Power and precision...ready to go years, but drinking well now with the decant — 9 days ago
Bought at Pine Orchard, 12/20, $37. Very smooth, rich flavors, with a long finish. Def try again. — 23 days ago
I’m not usually a fan of Australian wines, but this Riesling is very nice and drinkable. Lots of tart lemon, honeydew melon, Granny Smith apple and balsa wood. — 12 days ago

A bit buttery but not bomby, A bit of lemon loaf. Was expecting more wow! — 17 hours ago
This is fantastic. Foxy, animal nose of black currant, brambles and quinine. Such pretty aromas. Really light, almost ethereal on the palate. Tart and structured, with delicate tannins brushing the finish, and a wonderful saltiness. Super harmonious. 9.5+ — 18 days ago
A bit of volatile at first
Great intensity on the nose, but with layers of elegance. The fruit is red and tiny adorned by balsamic, forest floor, leather, truffle, white pepper, coriander and more, but all whispered in turns
The palate is even better: silky, vertical, filling though and absolutely never-ending.
It makes me think of what they say of Romanee-Conti that overpowers any other wine flavour without being powerful.
An experience!! At peak too i reckon.

Texas winery production...do not pause! One of the best Texas white wines ever tasted, mysterious hints of Russian River whites! Very nice on the palate and finish...great for hot summers. I am not a white wine drinker but still enjoyed this wine...light fruit and lemony finish, somewhat sophisticated. Balanced and smooth drinker, not sweet but tart enough. Winery locale very remote with deep Australian roots, multiple generation vintner. Grapes of the Barossa Valley, winery near enough to Austin, TX and Lake Travis. Only available at the tasting room of the winery or the club ...which has over 1000 members! — a month ago
