Fantastic Barbera d’Alba! — 2 months ago
I thought this was amazing. Great nose, flavors and finish. Loved the entire glass. And when they gave me the remnants even better. So close to WOTN. — 9 days ago

2010 vintage. In a very interesting place. Getting worcestershire sauce and black licorice. Very savory. Dried fruit. Medium fine grain tannin. — a month ago
Serious length and dimension and enjoyment — 2 months ago
A very unusual wine.
Nose: Malvasia but elegant. Floral. Tropical. Nice brine.
Palate: lightly tropical. But big mineraliaty. Good acidity.
Great briny finish.
A great pick. — a month ago

Quite light ruby , wide garnet , terracotta rim . Fruit forward , with red cherry , strawberry , rose , pomegranate with sweet spices , anis . On the palate lovely sweet cherry , strawberry , light red fruits , crunchy with quite fresh acidity . Polished and sweet , but very present tannins , this is still very young. Saline and sweet spice tinged finish , good length. This is drinking well, however is still very fruit driven and just improved throughout the evening . From now but will improve over the next 5-10 years and last well a further 10, especially in magnum. — 3 days ago
