On the palate this is all about the texture , quite round but enough balance , blanched almonds , peach. Waxy notes . Good length . Clear, deep gold in color; on the nose, it's clean with pronounced primary, and tertiary aromas of bruised apples, apricots, and honey; on the palate, it's dry with high acidity, medium body, medium alcohol, and pronounced intensity primary and secondary flavors of lemon rind, pears, saline, and cream with a long finish. This wine is complex and intense. It has a bitter taste that is a little out of balance. Overall, I rate this wine as very good. Nellie doesn't like it. — 6 months ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of 90 minutes. The 2023 Cuvée Réservé Blanc pours a deep yellow color with medium+ viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of melons, a mix of white and yellow flowers, marmalade, tarragon, and wet stones. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+ with an oily texture. Lovely stuff and better with air. Drink now through 2033. — 9 months ago
