Wonderful.
Tried an old friend, something aged, and this one. This was the standout. — 25 days ago
Juicy soft floral accents. So very different from flyer granit & grain cuvée. Seductive — 4 months ago
Golden bright yellow color, full bodied but not too heavy, wonderfully balanced without any bitter aftertaste, perfect to pair with raw seafood and vegetables. — 7 days ago
Took an hour to open up, but when it did, was exceptional - full of depth and flavour, with a long smooth finish — 6 months ago

2021 Chateau Simone is from just outside Aix-en-Provence (an area I know well from my cycling adventures). Jean-François Rougier is a 7th generation winemaker running Chateau Simone. This Rosé is a complex blend of Grenache and Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Syrah, Manosquin, Castet, Carignan, Cab Sauv & Muscat Noir. This is hands down the best pink wine I have ever had. — a month ago
The most intriguing white I’ve had all year.
Kind of reminds me of Simone Palette but with way more going on. The nose is utterly intoxicating. It is rich and voluminous but the streak of minerality keep it fresh AF. Also kind of reminds me of Domino Aguila Blanco. Just outstanding. I want more!!!!!!! — 5 months ago
