Wonderful.

Tried an old friend, something aged, and this one. This was the standout.

Palette Grand Cru de Provence Grenache Rosé Blend 2021

2021 Chateau Simone is from just outside Aix-en-Provence (an area I know well from my cycling adventures). Jean-François Rougier is a 7th generation winemaker running Chateau Simone. This Rosé is a complex blend of Grenache and Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Syrah, Manosquin, Castet, Carignan, Cab Sauv & Muscat Noir. This is hands down the best pink wine I have ever had. — a month ago

Been too long since I’ve had one. I need to seek one out and try again.

Awesome. Personally, would have been hitting Bandol exclusively but maybe just me. Some decent cycling in the area...

Vin de Pays des Côtes Catalanes Blanc 2019

The most intriguing white I’ve had all year.
Kind of reminds me of Simone Palette but with way more going on. The nose is utterly intoxicating. It is rich and voluminous but the streak of minerality keep it fresh AF. Also kind of reminds me of Domino Aguila Blanco. Just outstanding. I want more!!!!!!!
