The deep grassy element with a hint of pear with it’s bright crisp makes this an absolutely delightful white. Not over powering but impactful

It's time for my #FridayCabernetfix.
This one is gorgeous.
Deep purple in color with a purplish rim.
Nose of blackberries, black plums, black cherries, cedar, spices, vanilla, licorice, eucalyptus, chocolates, tobacco, coke, coffee, leather, black pepper and pencil lead.
Full-bodied, bold and rich, with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry and extremely fruity on the palate with blackberries, black currants, cooked cherries, vanilla, cedar, licorice, mocha, coke, light earth, coffee, chocolates, tobacco, spices and peppercorn.
Long finish with round tannins and tangy cherries.
This is a wonderful Napa Cabernet Sauvignon. Showing a great mouthfeel with great complexity.
Still young and will age nicely in the next 10 to 15 years.
Rich and fruit forward. Nicely balanced, smooth, elegant and spicy. The spices hang on well after the long finish.
Delicious right out of the bottle with firm tannins that ease up, as it opens. I gave it a couple of hours in a decanter.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from a Single Vineyard.
I paired it with cheeses and crackers.
14.5% alcohol by volume.

Color of burgundy, clear. Nose of good dried strawberries, aldehyde, oak, chopped wood chips, a bit spice, and some more ripe berries. Taste is really soft, low tannins and quite sweet too, some more sweet strawberries and vanilla, tobacco leaves, sprinkled with zesty note. Aftertaste of some more zest, clean , and a bit peppery. Crowds pleaser, yet too sweet for me. — 24 days ago
A meaty, mulled fruit nose. The palate starts with a rush of American oak and dark fruit, with the fruit building, supported by tobacco, cola, and black tea notes with a hint of licorice. High alcohol, but not off putting. Medium plus tannins and high acid. Matched perfectly with bbq pork ribs. — 17 days ago
