NV. Rich and brioche-y. Fig, poached pear, baked yellow apple, brioche, lemon zest. Moderately autolytic. Drink 'em up. Special toast to fellow retailers and other support folk during these strange times! Salud! — 5 days ago
Always a lovely blanc de blancs. Ready to celebrate the successful completion of the 3rd WFH week and my wife’s birthday — 4 days ago
Sunday bubble with the missus. Zero dosage, harvested 2012, 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay. Golden yellow in the glass, shy smell upon opening with saline component. After 10 minutes the nose opened up with chamomile. Palate consistent with the nose, fine bubbles, with brioche, nutty, saline, oxidative chalk flavors. Beautiful stuff!

Delightful! Paid $29 for a 375 ML bottle at total wine. This is right up there with the Moët. Mimi says they’re comparable and they’re about the same price. Would get it again and again. — 9 days ago
If you like your rose a little more serious and a less sweet, then you’ll love this. The nose is of red berries but the flavors in the mouth are not sweet, a nice toast lifted by a balanced amount of acid. Definitely would pair well with spicy or rich food. TBL — 9 days ago
It's been a long week of work for both my wife and me, only thing needed to help us ease our way into the weekend, is Champagne.
Prior notes still apply, wonderful bottle! Even better than earlier bottles, Gabriel Glas or a little more age, the world will never know.
Decanted ~2 hours, just perfect tonight. — 5 days ago
