Gorgeous amber with orange evokes fine scotch. Tortoise shell lacing materializes. Orange bread and toasted sesame, Marcona almond, plantain and butternut squash pencil in the autumnal details. Poppyseed, toasty malt, allspice, acorn squash bread and a touch of ginger spice. Forgot what a seasonal treat this is!

There is orange peel and aniseed in this warm wheat roll. Nice round mouthfeel, lemon roll and butter with lovely citrus-yeast profile.

Best Oktoberfest bier, hands down

This is really a monster of a Marzen: thick viscous sweet toasty roasty caramel beast - all their beers are like this - if this was wine it would be a marginally over extracted Barossa Shiraz! If you don’t drink this too cold and let it open up in a nice glass it will win you over
