Slightly cloudy appearance, dull not bright. Discovered tiny pieces of solid matter in the glass so seems unfined and unfiltered. Definitely better uncorked than Coravinned, needs to breath a little. With Coravin there’s some reductive notes and vegetable notes. Medium(-) aromas that remind me of stems and fermentation (tank sample) definitely som stems in the ferment. Warm alcohol on the nose and on the palate. Still, good balance between the intensity and the richness of ripe red fruit and the acidity.
