Takes a few hours to open. Amazing complexity. We missed some of the action because of our general excitement but last sips were incredible. Can’t wait for the next tasting !

Apr 29th, 2021Brioche, salt air, and river stones on the nose. Racy minerality and acidity make this very Chablis-like. Zesty citrus, apricot, nectarine, peach pit. All supported by great minerality. Solid effort.
