An absolute stellar example of Willamette terroir and a steal at <$30. This wine has evident and precise cherry fruit, bright acidity and great balance. I’d love to try this bottle in a few years as the acidity suggests aging potential, but it’s drinking great right now. — a month ago
Willamette Valley does it again on the pinot — a month ago
We had this and Louise for an in house vertical. Both had a great mouthfeel. Both had black cherry, black raspberry and a cherry liqueur feel. Jessie was just a little lighter in flavor. Both were better now than when I had them 6 years ago. Medium bodied, fruit forward. — 8 days ago
A solid producer year after year! Very juicy and light. Some whole cluster. Very likable and unoffensive. Touch bitter. Orange zest, more red fruit than dark. Cherry/Hint blackberry. Touch oregano. Lime. Crushed marble. Covers the back palate nicely. Lots going on here. I consider this a drink now wine 36 bucks and 13.5%. There are just a handful of Pinots which win me over at this price point. And this one is in the Burgh killer zone. If you like Pinot this is a winner @ San Diego Wine Co. — a month ago
