Had with chicken pot pie at the suggestion of Big Macs and Burgundy. Bought from Astor wines — 4 years ago
Pine cones in winter and ripe red fruit. — 3 months ago
Bright and zesty with lime blossom, under ripe tropics, petrol, and flint. Somewhat herbaceous and quite savory. Stainless steel fermentation with ≈6 months on the lees. Have the 2022 Idig GG in storage based on @Andrew McIntyre past tasting note from this producer, which I’m patiently waiting to open. — 7 months ago
On open finish is SICK. Sweet minerals. Elegantly tart. Long.
Nose is a stunning floral bouquet. Intoxicating. Intense White flowers. Yellow roses.
Palate is dense but elegantly so. Sprightly minerals tingle the palate. Elegantly rich. Delicious but classy. As it opens classic pfalz Stinging minerality.

Toasty, rich & broad with toasted sesame, a touch of popcorn reduction, ripe pears on rye toast, a hint of caramel.
On the palate this is juicy, fresh, with zippy acidity, and surprisingly lean & focused.
Delicious with food, esp. smoked fish! so good. — 4 years ago

Another brilliant vintage. Complex with unreal pure fruit and a massive mineral blast. So deep and a crazy long finish. — 8 days ago
