Haven’t had this wine in a minute and it’s just as good as I remember. Perfect weeknight dinner or backyard cookout wine. Kirsch and raspberry fruit lead the way, with some sly stony, slate-like minerality in the back half of the palate. Soft and fresh. — 2 months ago
Fruit forward apricot aromas with briny undertones, soft acidity and a rounder structured body with apricot and olives and lingering saline minerality. — 5 months ago
Notes of citrus, grapefruit, salt and white pepper. Not complicated, great qpr at 15$ — 2 days ago
Medium ruby in color; hibiscus, black cherries, and strawberry sauce on the nose; medium acidity; medium plus tannins; tastes like sour cherries, dried flowers, wet gravel, and a little black pepper with a long finish. — 2 months ago
Surprise, surprise - It’s not that wine Iyou usually drink. Kind of a mix of amarone, nebbiolo and lambrusco. The best of all them. — 3 months ago
Nice wine with a variety of Cajun dishes. — a month ago
This wine reminds me of Australian Shiraz: full bodied with heavy tannins, but not that much like Shiraz. I love the small sweetness at the beginning of the taste and then a subtle complexity at the end. — 2 months ago
Deep ruby color with a garnet rim; cherries, strawberries, and something floral on the nose; high acidity; medium plus tannins; tastes like tart cherries, black pepper, pomegranates, and crushed gravel with a long fruity finish. I love this wine! — 4 months ago
