The good: drinking great now, really open knit & accessible, almost pop and pour, and great fruit with just enough of a hint of bacon fat on the finish. Depth too. What I question is its anonymity as a Northern Syrah, & I’m not sure that’s even a criticism. Certainly not old school Syrah, and the delicious factor overrides everything debatable. — 5 days ago
17. As it should be, but not more. Hope next bottle more exciting. — a month ago
Good but very cherry. — 14 days ago
Bright lemon color with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and flinty floral notes, from a 1ha parcel next to La Moutonne that was planted in 1970. On the palate flavors of crisp apple, pear and ripe citrus with notes of white flowers and flinty spice. Medium+ finish, vivid acidity ending with citrus and noted mineral spice. Nice! Still young!

2022 vintage. Not quite as integrated as the same vintage Meursault VV offering. This has more overt focus on citrus fruit currently. Feel like this wine just needs 6 months to tie up some loose ends and then it'll be a no-brainer. That citrus fruit will still feature, just not as prominently. 05.23.25. — 23 days ago

Served blind—called 2018 Vatan Clos de Neore! 07 is unbelievably youthful and delicious. The most singular expression of Sauvignon Blanc. A shame that with age, it’s so rare to have a pristine bottle like this. — 16 hours ago
