Collin says raspberry, I say it’s red. Doesn’t dry out the mouth with tannis like a lot of CFs, probably due to age and lack of decantation. Great everyday red. — 6 months ago

Notes if vanilla, leafy greens and cooked green apples on the nose, with hints of dried mango and a little bit of creme brûlée deep in the fragrance. Leggy, with a medium body and a pale yellow/green color it’s my first experience with Fendant and it’s impressive! The palate is silky and slightly vegetal, with notes of cinnamon apple sauce, maybe fresh leeks even, with a long dry finish with hints of creamy ricotta that pairs beautifully with a sausage, peppers, potato, onion and egg scramble! It’s not a seafood white really, it’s more fit for a veggies, eggs and chicken Alfredo wine. — 6 months ago
