Wow! What a beautiful, velvety drinking elegant cdp... Very well balanced but a little lighter body than expected. A 40+ sec finish... even better as it opens up!!! 2005 vintage opened on CNY 2021 (Feb) — 23 days ago
Typical SW France. Less legs on this one, berry notes. — a day ago
I love dime. Absolutely love it. It’s been a pleasure to explore it beyond the village level. Wonderful lush and freshness of strawberry and hence a peppery radish and excellent floral notes throughout. We had this with some smoked Gouda and triple cream brie and it was amazing how each cheese brought out different flavors inherent in the wine. Could not have enjoyed it more. — 15 days ago

Vintage 2018 | I am learned to be careful with wines and winelabels that pretend to be better than they actually are. This wine shows itself with a lot of qualifications: grand vin, vintage, cuvée prestige, Porte le nr, édition limitée. And I think there is nothing wrong with an honest Pays d’Oc. On the contrary. So I was not surprised to smell a nice spicyness, cedar, and to taste a comforting wine with a nice sweet in the aftertaste. The wine is over oaked in my opinion, still lovely to taste. Present of my brother in law. Paired with Lion’s Head Meatballs and rice. | Wednesday Meatballsday (17) a good effort that does not need to do posh — 2 months ago

Such a beautiful expression of Chenin - if a bit atypical (yet regal) featuring prominent tangy citrus on the nose with huge blast of minerality. Sleek on palate w/white stone fruit & darting soft spot here & there - more prominent rounding as it warmed... but fairly sturdy acidic backbone keeps things moving along. Drink this at cellar temp to see what it’s really about. — 13 days ago
