Compared to the other bottle tasted 4 months ago it's less influenced by the oak, you feel it but it only enriches the wine flavour, it adds on layers of complexity.
How funny two bottles could be so different
It was still enjoyable without being over the top
Good example of a style that luckily has gone back to no oak. — a month ago

Bought from Langton’s 2003 vintage. Both Oliver and Halliday say past it’s best. However a really lovely wine. Rich and luscious with bright fruit and chocolate at the back. — a month ago

Consistent notes going back to March 2018. A full bodied white wine redolent of ripe apricots. Low acid with a creamy texture and voluptuous mouth filling flavours. A definite crowd pleaser. Must buy more at the ridiculous value of $18 per bottle. — a month ago
