Alsatian White varietal from Michigan. Loads of mouth watering acidity! Complex nose of orange, lemon and white flowers. Lemon-Lime flavors with a hint of fresh cut grass. Beautifully round texture. Lago Ranco Riesling 2017
Young with lots of primary aromas of green fruit (apple, lime) and a slight peach aroma.
Mix in a wiff of plastic (think clare valley) some sea salty-minerality a crisp, young acidity dosed with a very slight sweetness makes this an excellent companion to food (anyone for ceviche?).
